"While looking for our first home in Delaware, it felt like the search was never going to end! We had seen so many homes and had not walked in and thought "this is the one," we were beginning to think that would never happen. We were so lucky to have friends - also recent and satisfied clients of Kristin- refer her to us and we began looking in Maryland. Within the week of first talking with us, Kristin was completely committed to finding us our perfect home. She was honest about homes which is so important to the home buying experience, especially as our first time. She was available and flexible and truly took the time to listen to our wishes and criteria for the home. It was only a short time after working with her that we were brought to our "ah-ha" home and were so happy. Even though it was late, Kristin allowed us to head to her North East office and put our offer in that night! She was very helpful and shared our excitement the whole time. When closing came, Kristin was determined to get us into the home as soon as possible. I had hoped on getting in before Christmas and we ended up being in our home before Thanksgiving! We are so thankful to have been matched with Kristin and, when the time comes, we look forward to working with her again!
